1 ripe banana

4 strawberries (green tops attached)

1 kiwi fruit

1 mango

2 passionfruit

1/2 cup of pineapple (not tinned)

1/2 bunch of spinach

1/2 a bunch of kale

2 - 3 cups of filtered water

Place all ingredients into blender

BLEND till smooth

Drink immediately or will keep in fridge for up to 3 days.
