BANANA BLAST PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

3 or 4 ripe bananas (depending how big they are)

Handful of natural almonds

6-8 dates (no seeds or you will probably kiss your blender goodbye!)

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

1 large scoop of natural pea protein powder (available to buy in the clinic)

1 large teaspoon of cinnamon powder

1 tray of ice cubes (take them out of the tray please!)

Place all ingredients into blender fill blender with approx 2 cups coconut water

If its too thick then just add more plain water until it reached your desired consistancy.

BLEND till smooth

Drink immediately or will keep in fridge for a day.

if you keep it in the fridge it may start to separate so give it a good shake before you drink.
