1/2 cup rolled oats (or 1/4 cup of almonds if you want to make Gluten Free)
2 TBSP Chia Seeds
1 large scoop of natural pea protein powder (available to buy in the clinic)
5-10 Pitted Dates (check for the pits otherwise you will have hard bits in your smoothie and possibly a cracked blender jug)
1 Shot of freshly made espresso (or 1/2 cup cold drip)
1 cup milk / or milk alternative
1 cup of coconut water
1 cup of water
1 tray of ice cubes
Place all ingredients into blender
BLEND till smooth
Serve as is or over ice
