On a day-to-day basis, Butlers Body in Balance regularly has a waiting list of patients who require massage treatment. Your appointment, as well as others is important to us. Should you need to cancel, please show the courtesy of notifying the clinic in reasonable time so that someone else may benefit. (Reasonable time is considered to be more than 24 hours before the appointment was scheduled).
Butlers Body in Balance reserves the right to charge patients for appointments that are cancelled at short notice (i.e. < 24hrs) and in cases where the patient misses appointments without providing cancellation notification to the clinic otherwise a $50 Cancellation Fee will apply.
