Making a Payment

Full payment must be received at the start of your treatment unless prior arrangements have been made.

Butlers Body in Balance reserves the right to charge patients for appointments that are cancelled at short notice (i.e. < 24hrs) and in cases where the patient misses appointments without providing cancellation notification to the clinic otherwise a fee of $50 will apply.
